Hi everyone
Today date is 2 january 2018,when first Jan come every body make some resolution,like wake up 5 am,exercise,weight loss,etc,so friends tell me what is your resolution for this year,my resolution for this year is weight loss,I have to reduce 12.5 kg weight.and I want the active,healthy life,so my second resolution is stay away from out side food because that is not healthy.
Now I that's all only two is sufficient for me. this is my first post I hope you will like it,I always want a platform where I can share my thoughts with other .
